Description of industry axial bimetallic bi-metal thermometer
The axial bi-metal thermometer measures temperature by means of a coil spring-type bi-metal made of bimetallic material for temperature sensing.The bi-metal material is composed of two inseparablemetal sheets. Because the two metal sheets have different coefficients of thermal expansion, different degrees of stretching deformation occur under temperature changes. This stretching deformation is approximately proportional to the temperature. The metal sheet is fixed at one end and the other end is fixedly integrated with the indicating shaft to drive the indicating shaft to rotate and indicate a corresponding temperature value on the dial when the metal sheet is stretched and deformed.
